During an initial discussion, information on the type and nature of the material, as well as any available analysis data and expert reports are beneficial.
After an on-site assessment, if required, and taking into account the aforementioned information, you will receive a specific offer from us.
Subsequently, we require a written order from you, as well as the “Responsible Declaration” of the waste disposal certificate completed and electronically signed by the waste producer. If you are not familiar with electronic record keeping, we will be happy to assist you. With the electronic record keeping completed by HRG as a registered waste management company, the acceptance is registered with the competent authority.
We also support you in the preparation of your notification documents for trans-border waste shipments.
As a company certified in accordance with DIN ISO 14001 and the Ordinance on Specialised Waste Management Companies, we guarantee a speedy process.
For the acceptance of railway sleepers from the Federal Republic of Germany, it is not mandatory to submit an analysis. In consultation with our monitoring authority, we enclose a sample analysis – so there are no costs for the waste producer.
The material can be collected or delivered by push floor, container or self-loading vehicle. Delivery by rail or by ship is also possible without any problems.
